This 8 week program includes. Full menu/diet plan and exercise program ..With diet and workout changes on weeks 4 & 8..Perfect for clients out of state wanting to work on their fitness goals online. Also includes 2-60 minute phone or Skype consultations.
This 12 week program includes Full diet plan/ menu and exercise program..Menu changes on week 4, 8, & 12..Includes 3-60 minute one on one personal OR online training sessions and also includes 3-60 minute phone or Skype consultations.
