My Philosophy:

I believe a person’s body is their temple, our vehicle, to travel through life so it needs to be taken care of. Health is the number one thing that gets us living a life of quality, without it, we are simply existing. 

My training motto:

Quality over quantity always and that includes rest days. A quality training program is better, in my opinion, than lots of volume. It may look very simple on some days but there is a reason for that simplicity. The body needs a balance of structured exercise, good food, and lots of quality rest. Stress can impact all three of these components but I believe even a simple movement daily will counteract the effects of stress. The human body is kinesthetic, movement is beneficial for survival

My story:

I am Colombian born, American raised but consider myself Latina. I am proud to be a Hispanic American. I speak Spanish, although my English language is stronger. I look forward always to practice being bilingual. I have always been athletic and my first competitive pursuits were in figure skating. I trained and competed for 7 years until it became too expensive for my single mom to continue paying for it. I then became a runner in high school, trained and completed my first triathlon at 16, and my endurance sport obsession continued to grow. I also knew when entering college that I wanted my career to include health and fitness. My passion for fitness and being the best I can be has continued even as I age. I don’t believe age is something to slow me down. I believe aging is unavoidable, but I continue to push my body to do more. In fact, because of wisdom, I’ve become a better athlete, something I did not have when I was younger.

  • Customized Mileage structured workouts with, strength training, flexibility, food suggestions and injury prevention exercises

  • 3 months- $40/week- $480 total

  • Online check-ins on weeks 2, 4, 7, 10, and 12

Advanced

  • Online Package - One Payment

  • 3 - 30 MINUTE - ONLINE CONSULTATIONS

  • 2 - 30 MINUTE - PHONE CALL CONSULTATIONS

  • 12 - WEEK WORKOUT PLAN (VARIES DEPENDING ON GOAL)

  • (1) LIST OF DIET RECOMMENDATIONS (VARIES DEPENDING ON GOAL)

  • 12 week program. Revisions to program on weeks 4, 8, 12 

Lifestyle  change

Monthly recurring payment- 

6 month minimum 

  • Online Package - Recurring Monthly Payments

  • Includes cardio, Strength, Flexibility, Injury prevention, Mobility/functional fitness exercises, and Food/eating help

  • 6 months- $35/week- $840 total

  • Online check-ins on weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 22, 24, and 26

Terms/Waiver:
I expressly agree and contract, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, that the company and its insurers, employees, officers, directors, and associates. That Maria Victoria Gutierrez and Love Your Flex shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by me or as a result of voluntarily taking part in physical activity and nutritional guidance under the direction of Maria Victoria Gutierrez and Love Your Flex. By the execution of any agreement above, I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any type, which may occur to me, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge Maria Victoria Gutierrez, Love Your Flex and any of his insurers, employees, officers, directors, and associates, from any and all legal claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out voluntarily taking part in physical activity and nutritional guidance under the direction of Maria Victoria Gutierrez and Love Your Flex. I expressly agree that I was cleared and advised by my Doctor that I can and should partake in physical activity and nutritional guidance.
